Inspired by the Ocean

Designed by ByCulprit and Ferro Chow Architecture, MIRA's sculptural form takes its cues from the coastline — curved glazing, honed travertine, and natural oak that sit in harmony with the beach rather than against it. Each residence offers expansive ocean outlooks and an unexpected sense of composition, where architecture and setting become inseparable. Organic timber, native tones, natural travertine and cascading greenery not only offer timeless elegance, but a respect for the natural splendour of the setting, allowing the ocean views to take centre stage.

Amenities

At MIRA, the amenity offering is designed for the way residents actually live: active, outdoors, attuned to the beach.

On Level 1, directly above the public ground plane, a private podium sanctuary looks out over the ocean, featuring a resort-style pool with wet-edge daybeds, a sauna, gym, outdoor yoga space, and elegant alfresco dining, together with a private dining room for more considered occasions. The ocean forms a seamless extension of the residents-only facilities.

At ground level, the Beach Cove opens onto the sand. A lounge and dining room, surfboard storage and outdoor shower, and daybeds along the sandline, paired with direct beach access, make it the definitive summer retreat for residents.
