The building claims the corner of Garfield Terrace and Thornton Street across 58 metres of frontage, grounding itself in the neighbourhood with quiet confidence. Soft shapes and warm tones carry a quiet familiarity – spaces that feel natural from the moment you arrive. Light and depth are in deliberate conversation. Intimate in some moments, beautifully open in others, the design offers a duality that shifts with the hour and the mood of the light. Assured textures catch and move with the light, nodding quietly to the tidal patterns beyond. Where materials meet, edges soften, feeling whole rather than assembled.
