In a bold on-site activation ahead of the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500, Brett Boulton's #95 Porsche GT3 Cup car — affectionately known as Cup Car McQueen — was hoisted by construction crane high above the MIRA site at Northcliffe Beach.
The Lightning McQueen-inspired racer, draped in its iconic chrome red livery, hovered above the sand with the surf, city skyline and GC500 track as its backdrop. Beachgoers stopped. News crews turned up. The Gold Coast did what the Gold Coast does best.

"MIRA is about elevating beachfront living to the next level, so raising Cup Car McQueen into the skyline felt like the perfect symbol," said Frank Licastro, Director of Frank Developments.

MIRA, currently under construction on the absolute beachfront at Northcliffe, is a $115 million boutique development delivering 11 dual-storey beachfront homes and a tri-level crowning penthouse. Eight of the 12 vertical beach homes have been sold.

Frank Developments proudly sponsored Cup Car McQueen for the 2025 GC500, alongside Porsche Centre Gold Coast, TAG Heuer, Bold Living, MyConstruct, Michelin, and Speedcafe.
Speed, sand, and skyline. That's the Gold Coast. That's MIRA.
