Conceived around the French word for home, Maison's architecture is defined by the concept of floating disks — soft, curved forms rendered in plank-form concrete that stack gracefully above the New Farm streetscape. Each of the five boutique sky-homes is oriented to capture an abundance of natural light and sweeping views, while the single-unit floor plan ensures effortless solar control and natural cross-ventilation. Enveloping every level, a signature landscape veil of bespoke curved planter boxes drapes the façade in lush, cascading greenery — softening the building's presence and offering something rare in urban architecture: a living, breathing façade that gives as much to the street as it does to the residents within.
