Della ROSA Wins Big at the 2026 Brisbane Housing & Construction Awards

The Master Builders Queensland Housing & Construction Awards is one of the industry's most anticipated night on the calendar, celebrating the very best in building and construction across Brisbane. This year's ceremony drew a sold-out crowd to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, with entries judged against a rigorous standard across housing, construction and specialty categories.

We're proud to share that Della ROSA, delivered alongside Signature Property Partners, took out the award for Residential Building (High-Rise Over 3 Storeys) from $20 million up to $50 million.

Master Builders Queensland CEO Sue-Ann Fresneda said this year's field pushed the industry to new heights.
