Della ROSA Named Development of the Year at The Urban Developer Awards 2026

Now in its eighth year, The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence has become one of the country's most respected platforms for recognising excellence across property development, design, construction and innovation. This year's program drew more than 200 finalists across 26 categories, with winners judged independently by 40 industry leaders and announced at a ceremony at The Star, Gold Coast.

We're proud to share that Della ROSA has taken out Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential (11–20+), delivered in partnership with Signature Property Partners.

For us, Della ROSA was always about proving that small-scale developments can have an outsized impact when heritage and design are treated with real care. Built on a constrained site in New Farm, the project set new pricing benchmarks while honouring the area's local history through its architectural expression. The judges recognised its boutique scale, timeless design, craftsmanship, premium finishes, rooftop amenities and landscaped setting, along with its strong connection to New Farm's character.

This recognition means a lot to us. It reflects everything we set out to do at frank.: build with care, respect the places we build in, and deliver homes that stand the test of time.
