The proposed three-level development has been sensitively designed to build on the legacy of the area’s architecture and history, while also reflecting its cosmopolitan transformation. In doing so, the existing cottage will be raised and restored with a refined architectural language that responds to its local context – effortless style, brought to life by rich textures, soft corners, and deep planting.
