Developing Queensland: Ducale by Frank development looks to the future

A Brisbane developer will officially launch their latest project on Saturday with the eight-level Ducale by Frank at Teneriffe, an exclusive boutique build with only 26 apartments.

Project partners are Frank Developments and Epoca Group with BYculprit as architect.

Frank Developments have envisioned a future-focus design with sustainability, technology and lifestyle in the coming years at the centre of the development.

Managing director Frank Licastro said Frank Developments was a privately-owned residential and commercial property development company with a history of delivering exceptional, award-winning and design-driven projects across South East Queensland.

“The architectural palette was inspired by the colours and textures from Brisbane vernacular.

Mr Licastro, who described the project as Brisbane boutique brilliance, said comfort from the home extended to its luxurious resident amenities.

“The rooftop deck incorporates Palm Springs-style design to deliver a luxury resort-style pool with private poolside cabanas, a well-appointed smart fitness gym and elegantly-designed dining and entertainment areas,” he said.

Ducale by Frank has one- and two-storey designs priced between $1.15m and $4.5m-plus. Prices for a two-bedroom layout start at $1.15m, a two-bedroom residence with a private plunge pool is from $1.65m and three-bedroom options are from $2.75m.

Mr Licastro said opulence awaited at Ducale by Frank, where building work will start in the first quarter of 2024. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2025.
