
A Brisbane developer will officially launch their latest project on Saturday with the eight-level Ducale by Frank at Teneriffe, an exclusive boutique build with only 26 apartments.
Project partners are Frank Developments and Epoca Group with BYculprit as architect.
Frank Developments have envisioned a future-focus design with sustainability, technology and lifestyle in the coming years at the centre of the development.

Ducale by Frank has one- and two-storey designs priced between $1.15m and $4.5m-plus. Prices for a two-bedroom layout start at $1.15m, a two-bedroom residence with a private plunge pool is from $1.65m and three-bedroom options are from $2.75m.
Mr Licastro said opulence awaited at Ducale by Frank, where building work will start in the first quarter of 2024. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2025.
