Sustainability is an important issue, and here at Frank Developments, we are looking out for the generations to come.

We strive to create well-designed, environmentally-friendly projects that will have a minimal impact on our environment which we believe will also have a distinct advantage in the years to come.

We take into account the entire life cycle of a project, not just the end product, considering the environmental impact of every stage, from the sourcing of materials to the eventual demolition of the development.

Our goal is to deliver net-zero energy and net-zero carbon buildings.

Identity matters, sub-tropical building designs are a key driver throughout all our projects. We also take into consideration key points from the materials used in construction to the way that we orientate the buildings to shade and protect, provide maximum natural light to illuminate during the day, energy-efficient lighting and solar, quality insulation and glazing systems, natural ventilation and air.
